our trip planning process
1. Collaborate
When you get in touch, we’ll organise a complimentary consultation to get to know you better, listen to your priorities and what makes you and your fellow travellers tick. We’ll explain how it works and when you give us the green light, we’ll get started.
2. Create
The creative process begins! We’ll do deep dive research and mine our networks to create your perfect trip and an itinerary that’s completely tailored to your tastes and interests. We’ll take your feedback and tweak until it’s spot-on and you’re ready to book.
3. Checkout
Once you’re happy with the proposal, we make your bookings. We can book accommodation, tours, events, car hire, extra support services such as childcare, restaurants…as much or as little as you’d like us to do. We can also book travel if required.
4. Celebrate
Ahead of your trip we’ll provide you with your itinerary and booking details in a smart, easy and shareable digital format. All that is then left is for you to pack your bags and go and enjoy yourself!
What it costs
Whatever your budget, holidays are an investment of your hard-earned cash, and like any investment, it is important that you get it right, with bang for your buck.
It takes know-how, creativity, connections and attention to detail to create genuinely amazing, personalised trips that tick everyone’s boxes. We charge a design fee so that we can create the right trip for you, not us. Every single trip we create is custom made for you; we invest our time ensuring that every single element is personalised and to the highest standard:
£350 or $500
for 1–6 people
FROM £100 or $150 per person
for 6+ people
We calculate the trip design fee based on how much time we think it will take us to create something extraordinary for you.
Our trip and experience creation service includes:
A face-to-face or video conversation to get to know you, your dreams, interests and preferences
Deep research to design a tailor-made trip for you
Booking of all trip components as required including tours, event tickets and private experiences
A customised itinerary that fits your preferred travel style – planned to the minute, free-flowing or a mix of both
Support with sourcing and booking additional services e.g. car hire, childcare, equipment for kids, grocery shopping, private chefs, entertainment etc.
Suggestions of great places to eat and drink, with reservations made as requested
Additional advice including appropriate travel insurance, local and FCDO travel advice, COVID updates, practical hints and tips
A concise, easy to manage, sharable itinerary on an app, containing all your booking confirmations, contact details, live updates on travel and other useful information for your trip

We find that many of our clients want to book their own travel arrangements, especially if they have points to use. If you’d prefer us to book your travel for you, we’re happy to do that for a flat £50 (inc. VAT) per person booking fee.
For longer trips of more than 14 nights, please get in touch and we’ll design a bespoke quote for you.
The trip design fee is due upfront and is non-refundable.
